General Borisov served in the military force of USSR and Russia for over 35 years, having gone through all ranks from military school to the head of the military academy of Russia... after retirement General Borisov is helping people of Russia to find faith and hope.

Deputy Chief Commander of the Soviet Union's 100,000 combat troops in Russia's war with Afghanistan, General Vyacheslav Borisov was a feared military strong-man and Communist leader. Considered the architect of Armageddon, he was given the code name "General War", and a $1,500,000.00 reward was offered for his execution. As his helicopter  was hit by enemy fire, he cried out to God for mercy. Crashing into the mountains, the General miraculously emerged a survivor. At that moment, Russian General Vyacheslav Borisov became the first and only Soviet Commander to turn back on Communism and boldly announce his faith in Jesus Christ.

Now General Borisov wages a battle for Russian souls touring U.S. to raise funds and recruit missionaries.

"Right now Russia is like a desert that is thirsty for water... We want to go Christian way and to be good Christian county'"- says General Borisov.
